James Hamilton is SQL Server Architect at Microsoft. During his six
years there, he's lead various development teams within the core
server including the SQL language compiler, query optimizer, query
execution, DDL, Metadata, Security, Server-side XML, network
protocols, full text search and Common Language Runtime Integration. 

Girish Chander is the Program Manager for Security in the Microsoft
SQL Server Team. Prior to taking up that role a couple of years ago,
Girish held the same responsibility in the Exchange Server team.
