As you DBAs know all too well, users care about only two things: they want their applications to work, and they want them to work fast. They may not know exactly what the heck you do all day, but they sure know who to call if their apps are slow.
DBMS performance tuning has thus been a major focus on SearchDatabase.com since our beginnings way back in 1998. We recently added a superb series of webcast tutorials by Oracle guru Don Burleson, which has prompted me to highlight some of the quality technical content we have published on the subject.
