I'm pleased to announce the latest installment of our wildly-popular "Learning Guide" series. This time, we tackle SQL Server security.
SQL Server is known for its ease-of-use and that characteristic is one reason why more and more businesses are choosing Microsoft's DBMS for large-scale implementations. But the default settings that make SQL Server so easy to set up sometimes leave the doors open, making it an easy target to the legions of hackers and crackers. This new learning guide will help DBAs identify problem areas and to properly secure their SQL Server systems.
Email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and let me know what you think. And be sure to check out our other learning guides devoted to SQL Server, DB2, Oracle and SQL.
Cheers, Tim
