We use the Web Mail Redirect (webmailredirect.nsf) database on the internal email server that webmail accesses the actual mail databases on. I have noticed that the very end of the URL reads, 'ui=portal' for her webmail instead of 'ui=inotes' like it should (and does for other users. I have looked at her ACL and email Database Properties, and they both checked out OK. I also ran 'Fixup' and it didn't do anything to help. If the user actually manually types over the 'ui=portal' with 'ui=inotes' and hits 'Refresh', then the normal window/frameset appears as it does for everyone else.
