Happy birthday SearchDomino.com! August marks the 4th anniversary of SearchDomino.com. We've come a long way since August 1999, with a vast worldwide membership, so many interactive features, daily newsletters and 18 other IT Web sites in the TechTarget portfolio modeled after SearchDomino.com. Where were you when SearchDomino.com launched? Were you one of the first 1,000 members? What do you remember most? Can you remember what features we had on SearchDomino.com when it first launched? Send us your memories and/or observations and we'll add them to the SearchDomino.com birthday card.
Speaking of celebrating, last week IBM announced that ND 6.5 will support Linux running on IBM's zSeries mainframe. Linux isn't new to Notes/Domino, but this latest announcement means so much more (i.e., no Microsoft?). (See story below.)

Notes 6.5 to support mainframes running Linux

IBM Lotus announced Wednesday that Notes/Domino 6.5 will include
support for Linux on the zSeries mainframe. The new version will also
support the Domino Web Access client via the open-source Mozilla
browser.
