A study done in the U.K. found openings for contract staff grew 4% in the last quarter, with certain skills in short supply. A survey of businesses in the United Kingdom found that nearly 66% of employees fish off the company pier. But, like spam, love between the cubicles wreaks havoc on productivity -- half of the enamored respondents said that their work has been a casualty of their hearts. And to answer the question
