Instead what if we try picking a random date ever month and announce it on the 
email list?


Here is 10 ( Mon - Thurs ) dates chosen at random using Python for Oct 2013

weds, 16
mon, 21
thurs, 24
tues, 15
mon, 28
thurs, 17
weds, 9
mon, 28
tues, 15
tues, 22


Jonathan why not pick one that lines up with the room schedule and let's see 
how this idea fly's.
