Presentations should be of a technical nature and speakers should assume that members of the audience have at least a few years experience with Linux/Unix and/or Windows administration. ed: The obvious choice here is a talk on Salt. Puppet & Chef (both Ruby-based) are strongly represented at CASIT, LOPSA-East and LISA, but I've not seen much about Salt at any of the above.
