Use 'tiff2ps -a -O outfile.ps infile' to create postscript.
then you can print/view like any other PostScript file.
It's one of the programs that come with libtiff.
There are some others, tiff2bw, tiff2rgba, tiffsplit.
netpbm-progs also has tifftopnm which might work too.
Not sure if it handles multiple pages.
