The error message?
My guess would be an invalid partition table on the raid device. If so,
use CTRL-ALT-F2 in the installer to access the bash prompt, and type:
# mknod /tmp/<whatever_the_device_name_is>
# fdisk /dev/<whatever_the_device_name_is>
And within fdisk, hit 'o' <enter> 'w' <enter> to write a blank partition
table to the array. Reboot the installer and it hopefully will continue.
If I am wrong about the error you are getting, please tell us what is
going wrong in more detail.
