Just create a file called /etc/ntp/step-tickers and put in the ip's of your
time servers (server 1.2.3.4 and if more then one below the other) that you
want to connect to and then just start ntpd via service ntpd start.
Then setup your clients to connect to your server, but setup same with with
it's ip as the server. If they are windows machines I have a .bat file that
I use to get the time during bootup if you want it.
