I'm running tomcat in linux. Everytime I startup tomcat, I have to use a new port address. Otherwise, it says address in used. So I keep using new ports. How can I reuse ports in linux? Even I use the stop command from tomcat, I'm still not able to reuse the port. Now, when I start up tomcat, the process is kill by the system. It says out of memory. What happen? Thanks.
