        FWLIW, the problem comes from people not knowing how to properly
quote a reply.  Unless there's a VERY compelling reason for it, no message
should ever have more than one level of quoted text.  And people who do
not delete out sigs and other unnecessary cruft should be shot.  If you
want to wrap your lines at 40 (or 20 or 2) that's fine with me.  I'll
either read your post or not.
