Setup floppy

Hello @ all   Does somebody know how I have to create a Setup floppy from  redhat 7.1. installation disks in windows I 've knew it ones before but I don't remember how it has to be done If you please want to help me whit that so I can install redhat 7.1 with those seawolf cd-roms    thanks a lot Samuel C.
