Evolution is a client, not a server, and it will never connect to
Exchange with full functionality (other than IMAP or pop mail).
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but Evolution will never have any sort
of server functionality; it wasn't meant to. As others have mentioned,
OpenMail is one good solution.
The original poster wanted a unix server that would allow Outlook users
to keep the same functionality: mail, calendaring, contact lists, etc.
