2, Questions ( New to Linux maybe a silly question but here it goes ),
Im running a Linux Server 7.1 and a Windows 2k Workstation (SORRY).
Im running Hummingbirds Exceed X client.
Is there a way to run GNOME desktop on a remote client.
If I telnet in and set my env Display variable (
DISPLAY=x.x.x.x:0
export DISPLAY
run Linuxconf
The x Client works fine but if i startx it starts the desk top on my Linux
Terminal
Is there a way to set it to redirect to the client screen.
And i cant get the windows to cut and paste to linuxconf
is there a trick to this also.
