Authentication (pop before smtp or similar)

Hi!

There is any package prepared for Redhat 7.1 for "pop before smtp" or similar? I want 
use my smtp from internet
with dialup connection (different and unknown ip�s range )and I don�t want that 
anybody can use my machine for make spam.
