Thanks very much Michael.  This worked right away, but I was then faced
with a few other small problems.  For anyone else attempting this, it
appears that ttysnoop-0.12c-8 from the Polished Linux Distribution (found
at rpmfind.net) will work best (-5 revision found elsewhere did not accept
snoop password).  I also had to create a directory:  /var/spool/ttysnoop

I'm not using this for evil -- it'll be used for sharing a tty with my
co-admin when working together on a problem.  A w command will show when
it is being used.
