Question about route add

I type:

        /sbin/route add default gw 217.5.98.32

        nslookup wa-p.de

everything is working fine!

But how can I make these setting permant!
After restarting network with

        /etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart

or after rebooting system the above settings are gone!
