Yes it can, have a look at /usr/share/doc/tux-x.x.x/tux/index.html on your machine, and you'll see in the list of parameters : virtual_server 0 (off) Turns on mass virtual hosting. Hosts are headers from the browser that are directly turned into $DOCROOT/<Host> 'virtual docroots.' This way any number of hosts can be served by a single TUX server without any performance penalty at all. You can set this through sysctl or by changing the corresponding /proc tux entry (and maybe in /etc/sysconfig/ too, see the docs in more detail).
