Thanks for the reply Jan.  I am not a complete linux novice...  ;-).
I set up two pc's to dual boot with windows.   What  am trying to do
is make sure I don't do exactly what you said is all.  I have put alot
into this system dand don't want to start over.

I would prefer to use Disk Druid.
