I seem to remember that RH have stopped releasing the PowerTools etc CD since 7.2. I sympathise with your situation over not being able to download the iso images because of  using a dialup connection. I have a dialup connection which throws me out after two hours but the telephone line time is free, - so I successfully downloaded RH7.2 CD One and Two (with the RPMs). Overall it took 60 hours download time! - They will enable you to boot straight into an installation if the BIOS is set to look for your CDROM drive after the A drive. Failing that you can use MS DOS utilities in a sub directory to create Floppy boot images and drivers for the CD ROM to start the install from A drive.
If you wish to send me your full postal address I will send you copies of the ISO image CDs I have made. In your email give me an idea of what installation knowledge you need/have and a list of your hardware - the full instructions are available on the RH support website. If you want to refund me the postage then fine. Best Wishes, Nick :)

Subject: getting 7.2 cds in india

hello , i am not very clear about the licensing associated with linux and i want to get my hands on 7.2 cds ( including the power tools, documentation and the source code cds )
i currently use 7.1 i got that in a linux book i had purchased, but that did not give me the power tools cd, or the documentation cd.
Is red hat linux completly free ? I ask that because i heard you all talk about downloading it from the ftp site.
I use a dialup connection so downloading it is out of the question
So how do i get the linux 7.2 cds ( all of them ) in india (delhi) ?  , for the least possible cost
