Look at the cached and free numbers and that is basically what you have
available...

Total     =   191148K
-free       = 4800K
-cached =  88888K
___________________
Total Free     =  97460K

97M RAM ready for use when called upon.  If you notice swap isn't being
called upon yet, which is a good thing.  So linux is making use of the
current physical memory you have installed correctly.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
