do you have always the same ip-adress (static) or a dynamic one?
if you want to do it quick and easy use cipe!
 
if you have been registered within redhat-network (rhn_register), you can simply type "up2date -u cipe".
the docs can be found after the installation in /usr/share/cipe-[VERSION]. with this docs it should be no problem for you to install a running vpn.
