I can't confirm that. The [EMAIL PROTECTED] was quite busy last time I was subscribed. But traffic for specific topics and distributions, respectively, has been spread wisely over separate lists, see here: https://listman.redhat.com But your comment on Mandrake and SuSE lists raises a question. Why are they so active? What are they discussing there? Problems?
