Another option (though I haven't tried it, but looks like it would
work) is to:

- download the src rpm of Apache
- install it
- edit the spec and supply the additional suexec configs you want
- build a binary rpm and install it

You'll probably have to force the install of the newly built rpm,
unless you can figure out how to increment to release info properly
and make it look like an update.
