Hi,
i was trying to modify the Red Hat 7.1 distribution by adding the new
Patches available ( kernel 2.4.9-12 and ext3).
 That was kind of successfull.
Now i wanted to revert back to the old 2.4.2-2 kernel. I removed the links of
/usr/src/linux, and reverted back the
/boot changes. (I guess i missed one of them).
the error i get is :

mount : error 19 mounting ext2 ( 19 is ENODEV)
pivotroot : pivot_root(/sysroot, /sysroot/initrd) failed:2
kernel panic: No init found Try passing init= option to the kernel

If possible, please tell me how to recover this machine..

Thanks very much,
Regards,
samant
