Yes, there is a program called kickstart, as well as a kickstart-list. http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-7.2-Manual/custom-guide/ch-kick start2.html is the place to start. This is 7.2 specific, but there are guides for 7.1 as well.
