It's the page that's broken. The current version is 2.2.4-19.3. You can
find the packages at ftp://updates.redhat.com/7.2/en/os. In the i686
directory, you'll find glibc-2.2.4-19.3.i686.rpm. In the i386 directory,
you'll find the rest of the glibc packages.
