tranferring of bakup from linux to windows

Hello,

I want to have a backup of linux server.

now i have written a backup script that copies the required files in the backup directory on the linux server itself.

now i need to copy all the backup on my windows m/c.

How is it posible.thru mapping?how!

thru ftp i am not able to copy the complete files and dir and subdirectories.

Any suggestions will be helpful.....
