Hi: I'm trying to upgrade a RH6.1 system to RH7.1 (OK 7.2 is newer but I have 7.1 already downloaded). The problem is the upgrade/install program insists that at least one of my partitions was not cleanly unmounted, even if I boot to the current system and then do a shutdown (shutdown -r now) before I try the upgrade. When I boot to the current system there is no indication of an 'unclean unmount'.
How can I convince the installer that my partitions are clean .. or is there another way of checking to see if there is some problem I'm not aware of. David Brook Asst.
