Hopefully it installed Xine-lib in one of the standard locations. If
that's the case, just type (no quotes) 'ldconfig' as root and then try
configuring the other again. If that fails, you'll have to try finding
out where Xine-lib installed. My guess would be /usr/local/lib, but
that's not always the case. (You may have to consult the Xine-lib
Makefile to see what it says about install locations.) Once you locate
where they're installed, you'll have to edit /etc/ld.so.conf and put the
path in there, then run ldconfig again.
