Hello,
I'm having a bit of trouble with my sound:
I have the SoundBlaster awe64 Gold card and during boot linux detects it
and loads the sb module but when I type: play
/mnt/cdrv/windows/media/start.wav or cat ~/flinstones.au > /dev/dsp (or
/dev/audio), I only hear a single click sound.
In gnome or kde however it works quite well.

When I reload my sound modules, sb outputs:
sb: Creative SB AWE64 Gold detected
sb: ISAPnP reports 'Creative SB AWE64 Gold' at i/o 0x220, irq 5, dma 1, 5

I have attached the output of lsmod and
cat /proc/isapnp if that helps.

If anybody could give me some suggestions on how to fix this it would be
greatly apreciated.

Oh, BTW, I am running seawolf with kernel 2.4.9-34.

THANK YOU.
