hi list, got a little hard problem with kde on my rh7.1-box. has downloaded corel-photopaint, installed it, and was trying to run it, but got always the errormessages : kde-crashmanager got the the signal 11 (SIGSEGV) and stops the program.
but the weird thing comes now : every program I try to start, like console, or any other application - from kde or somethinhing others shows the same window : kde-crashmanager and last but mot least the screen flackers every 3 seconds, the screen only shows the pabel on the downside - nothing else I can see. have deinstalled the most corel-relevanted stuffs but how can I take a look like tail -f /var/log/messages, whats going there ? running tail -f /var/log/messages doesn't show anything, which could help .
