I have an Archive Python (2GB) DAT, and it seems that it I shut the machine down, I MUST power cycle the DAT, otherwise, it does not get seen by the scsi card when I power the machine back on. Since you have 2 scsi cards, that may be a factor as well. Modules get loaded as needed, such as when the machine detects new hardware, or when you manually do a modprobe or insmod. Some modules will unload themselves if they are not used after some period of time. _______________________________________________ Seawolf-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/seawolf-list
