I guess CSRT is a bit slow...
It's been going round since sept 13.
Also, you didn't mention to remove these 3 files:
- /tmp/.uubugtraq
- /tmp/.buqtraq.c
- /tmp/.bugtraq
And the running process on my server was ./zbind.
To be sure, just kill every process running as user apache.
