If you insist on seeing a kde desktop when you romotely log in with vncviewer, edit the remote box /home/your user/.vnc/xstartup to have 'startkde &' at bottom of file or somewhere in /usr/bin/vncserver file you can edit to have that line so that any user will get set up for kde when they intitiate their own vncserver.
