HI , I haven't used linux much. but in general , you can always write a listener in linux which listens port 1001 and redirect ( send another packet copying the incoming data) to noveel at port21. but i dont understand why you want to do that. if some body is seneding an ftp packet , he will be sending it at port 21 and not the port select by you , unless you agree with some body or group to do so.
Thanks & Regards, noor At 02:21 PM 11/25/02 +0800, you wrote: >Hi, > >For example, I have one Novell server(192.168.10.2) as a FTP server at >port 21, so, can I use another port in Linux like 1001 and redirect it >to 192.168.10.2:21 from the Linux. > >Any body try it before? > > > >-- > >Thanks & Regards, >Jason Lim > > > >_______________________________________________ >Seawolf-list mailing list >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/seawolf-list > > _______________________________________________ Seawolf-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/seawolf-list
