HI ,
I haven't used linux much. but in general , you can always write a listener
in linux which listens port 1001 and redirect ( send another packet copying
the incoming data) to noveel at port21. but i dont understand why you want
to do that. if some body is seneding an ftp packet , he will be sending it
at port 21 and not the port select by you , unless you agree with some body
or group to do so.
