'Sorry it took so long to get back to you. When you 
tried to use the RH8.0 version you probably ran into 
library problems, among other things. The reason I 
suggested source is for the capabilty of creating an 
RPM package with rpmbuild after you get the source 
running on one computer. I don't know how old your 
servers are, but I've been running a number of older 
servers and computers on RH7.1 kernel-2.4.9-34 but 
when I tried to to upgrade to 2.4.18-18.7x it was a 
real problem with scsi drives and the pci bus - and 
also a problem with RH8.0 with the 2.4.18 kernel. 
This is just offered as reference in case you're 
thinking of upgrading as an alternative.
