Hi Jim,
Happy New Year!
Thank you for your message! What should I do about it? How can I stop it?
Thanks a lot!

>> Hi there,
I am wondering why it happened like this: someone sent a email to me with an
email address that has the same domain name with my email address, but actually
there is no that user account on the email server. For example, the domain name
of my email server is xyz.com, there is no "stranger" account on this email
server, but I received an email from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Why?
Thank you in advance and happy holiday!
Hailong

>Oh, anyone can send an email claiming to be from anyone@anyplace. Such messages
are almost always spam or viruses. Real people don't need to hide their true
identity when sending emails. If you are really curious, take a look at the headers
of the email
message. You will probably see that it originated from some remote machine
someplace, having nothing at all to do with your domain or network.
