Well if u want to used bandwidth management than try
to used rshaper that is best ever i have seen ! if u r new in linux and if u
r expert in Linux and used Qos in linux inbuilt utily with iptables.. that
soloved u r all probs.if u want to use rshaper than that will not working
Redhat 8.0 U have used 7.2 or lower version otheriwse it will not working
still rshpaer people not upgaraded rshaper with new kernel,. so either use
rshaper or Qos inlinux.
