Assuming you use ethernet, look for "NETMASK=255.255.255.0" in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0. Changing that line should do
what you want. If you don't use ethernet, perhaps some other file
in the same directory has your IPADDR and NETMASK.
