Yes, try 'ssh-keygen -i -f window_client.pub > new_pub.key' on your openssh
server, and then add the content of the new_pub.key to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys2
if you use protocol 2, or to file ~/.ssh/authorized_keys for protocol 1

read man ssh-keygen for details.
