I haven't heard anything about the card, but the web admin piece that it uses seems like it has had some issues. Got to www.cert.org and search for insight + compaq. There was 2 or 3 that I remember recently. Compaq has an advisory section also, but I have only used it for laptops, desktops, etc. and never components like a RIB.
You can probably go to securityfocus and search for insight, compaq, etc. and see some also.
