The ethereal (http://www.ethereal.com) and dsniff (http://www.monkey.org/~dugsong/dsniff/) are available for Windows and also/especially for Linux/Unix. A friend tested them on Windows... But I'm not sure, if he found the win-programs at the project-homepages... Best regards, Marc Mc Guinness
