Look at it from the other side.  You want to control the setup of their
software? The foreign browser is on THEIR hardware and if they didn't
know your address they couldn't send a GET to your box.  And you do not
want your webserver to answer to requests sent to it?

I might be missing something here, but that looks like a cross between
doing 'bad things' to their system AND using your 'OFF' switch.

Am I reading this wrong?
