Sorry, but last I checked Ad-Aware doesn't deal with cookies (at least not in a broad fashion). It can remove cookies that it detects as part of a spyware package (e.g. doubleclick) but you can't really manage cookies is any configurable sense; and it very capably removes registry entries and other references to spyware programs operating on your machine. If you want a more capable cookie manager however, you need additional software; I use Window Washer (www.webroot.com) to manage cookies, url history, etc.
