After power-cycling your cisco, send a break signal (not the Ctrl-C, the 
physical one). It is done by pressing ~ (tilde) followed by # (sharp) in 
tip.
If you're using windows ntor w2k (and probably xp), you'll have to find 
a windows 9x workstation: its hyperterminal can send break signals 
(Ctrl-F5 or Ctrl-Break, I don't remember).

You have to send this break signal at the right time and you'll get a 
prompt from where you can reset the configuration.
