I know that I keep a bunch of my passwords all over the place including on slips of paper in drawers ( Never would leave one out in the open...) I keep the most important ones on a file on a disk in a safe, allthough I keep a file on my computer with less important ones. I'm not very carefull at all with logins/pws to shells, etc as it just becomes a pain to have to change them all the time then remember what they were changed to, etc, so these are all stored in my favorite ssh/telnet client (right now secure crt)
