Not always a good idea, plenty of shops send perfectly legitimate mail from different machines than they recieve it from, which afaik is all an MX record indicates. You'd probably bounce mail from every major web-based email service for starters, which most users aren't going to be happy with.
See the O'Rielly sendmail book (the one with the bat) for the specific line if that's what you really want to do. I know it's in there, but I wouldn't do it.
